Ceia Manager Neil RudnickNeil Rudnick has tended bar and managed some of the most well regarded restaurants in the most exciting and beautiful locales in the northeast. Having arrived in the hospitality industry via a career mentoring “at risk youth” and sea kayaking professionally, his ability to connect with guests and enthusiasm for setting a comfortable environment to enjoy fine food and beverages made him the perfect match for the Brine concept.

Synchronicity and causality, the action and meaningful relationships between the many moving parts of a restaurant that result in a memorable guest experience is what held Neil Rudnick’s fascination with the industry. From Lydia Shire’s Blue Sky on York Beach to Harry’s Block Island, the interaction of a dedicated team to produce a choreographed experience for the enjoyment of the guest is the passion behind Neil’s commitment.

Giving back is a theme that punctuates Neil Rudnick’s relationship with hospitality – Whether it be volunteering for Share Our Strength’s fight against child hunger, or Cancer Shucks fundraising work supporting the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Utilizing bartending, motivational, and organizational skills to transcend a typical restaurant experience have been the most rewarding and fulfilling events an enormously successful career.

When not on the floor or planning events, he enjoys gardening, fishing, running, golfing, boating with an infectious obsessiveness that attracts friends and peers to achieve unrealized goals.
